Elisabeth Reynolds is former Executive Director of the Industrial Performance Center and is currently a Lecturer in MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning, as well as a Research Affiliate at the IPC.

Laura Guild holds a BA from University of Massachusetts Amherst in Germanic Language and Literature. She also holds Professional Chef’s degree. She has a passion for event planning and considers herself a lifelong food nerd.

The IPC draws on the expertise of faculty, students, and staff from across MIT in pursuit of its three main research thrusts in manufacturing, progress studies, and the Work of the Future Initiative.
