Dylan Nelson

Work of the Future Fellow

Dylan Nelson is a Work of the Future Fellow. He is also a postdoctoral fellow at MIT Sloan studies people and organizations in the 21st century. His work develops theory on organizational ownership, change, and workers. It focuses specifically on private equity and workers, both in leveraged buyouts of large public companies and middle-market buyouts of smaller private companies. Nelson received his PhD from the University of Michigan.
